All American Water Restoration is an amazing company.  I had a water damage to my town house as a result of a tropical storm.  It was actually raining on the inside of my home.  Test results revealed I had mold in my outer wall.  Their knowledge and experience helped me through the agonizing process of dealing with my insurance company.  They met and consulted with my adjuster several times to be sure I got the necessary funds to complete the repairs.  Once I received the check from my insurance company, repairs began immediately!  Everyone on their staff was prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional.  They took the time to answer my questions and explain the repair process, so I knew exactly what they were doing.  All  phone calls were answered promptly.  they did an outstanding job!  They did such a wonderful job that no one can tell where the damage was.  I would highly recommend them for any repairs you need done.

 

We can attest to the fact that your company, AAWR, lived up to their claims.  Your personnel professionally handled everything with our insurance company, were diligent to protect us from the dangers of mold as it was uncovered during the demolition portion of work and dust from the reconstruction, and permitted us to do some additional upgrades in the process.  The results are that we have a beautiful new kitchen at a price of the difference between the insurance allotment for the original and new upgraded cabinets and counters.  We greatly appreciate the burden it removed from our shoulders to have the project handled from beginning to end for us.
